Instead, it immediately charged my account for the $9.99. In the process of that, it asked for my credit/debit card info, which I provided knowing it would auomatically deduct payment if I failed to call before the 30 days were up. I signed up for the free version for 30 days on April 17, 2013. It just asked for the 1st question answer and there was no way to get to the place to type your question. What a nightmare just trying to get to this page.
